Terms of Service

By using SwipeNova you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of www.swipenova.app.

SwipeNova is a SaaS platform that allows users to create AI-generated Instagram carousels. We offer various subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro), each with their own features and limits.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent
• We reserve the right to deactivate accounts in case of misuse

• Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to their terms
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically
• Lifetime subscriptions are one-time payments with no recurring charges
• Prices are listed in EUR and inclusive of VAT where applicable
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your profile page

We apply the following refund rules:

• Monthly: No refunds. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period.
• Yearly: No refunds. You can cancel via your profile page and retain access until the end of your yearly period.
• Lifetime: No refunds. Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.
• In cases of demonstrable technical issues on our end, we review refunds on a case-by-case basis via support@swipenova.app

By completing your purchase you expressly agree to immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

You may use SwipeNova for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Using the service for spam, hate speech, or deceptive content
• Generating copyrighted material without permission
• Reverse engineering or copying the service
• Using automated scripts to circumvent usage limits
• Processing personal data of others without their consent

Your content: The carousels you generate belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process your input data for the purpose of delivering the service.

Our software: SwipeNova, including the platform, interface, and technology, is the property of LSMediaConnect. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for:

• Temporary interruptions for maintenance
• Outages at third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic)
• Loss of generated content due to technical issues

SwipeNova is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 3 months.

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in breach of these terms, with 14 days notice except in cases of serious misuse.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be settled before the courts of Belgium.
