Privacy Policy

SwipeNova is a service by LSMediaConnect, based in Belgium. We provide an AI-powered platform for creating Instagram carousels.

• Account data: email address, name (upon registration)
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: number of carousels generated, plan type, login timestamps
• Technical data: IP address, browser, timezone (via Vercel/Supabase logs)
• Content: topics and text you enter to generate carousels

• Delivering and improving the SwipeNova service
• Processing payments and subscriptions
• Sending transactional emails (confirmations, invoices)
• Fraud prevention and security
• Complying with legal obligations

We work with the following trusted parties:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU data centers)
• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS certified)
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI generation of carousel content. Anthropic does not use your content to train AI models. API usage is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Brevo — transactional emails
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

We never sell personal data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are kept for 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting law.

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — have incorrect data corrected
• Erasure — have your account and data deleted
• Portability — receive your data in a readable format
• Objection — object to certain types of processing

SwipeNova uses functional cookies for authentication (staying logged in) and technical cookies for the app to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We protect your data through HTTPS encryption, Row Level Security in our database, and regular security reviews. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel.

We may update this privacy policy. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email. The most recent version is always available on this page.
